Mapping Digital India

The most disturbing reality might be that there are “more Indians have access to a mobile phone than to a toilet,” but there are other digital facts like “60 percent of all households have cable and satellite” or that “DD National, covers about 92 percent of the 1,200 million-plus population,” and so on, makes for a heady digital mix that requires a serious study to get a fair understanding.
